Fees

All Fees are aligned to the current NDIS Pricing arrangements and Price Limits (Previously known as the NDIS Price Guide) and charged out at a base rate of $193.99/hour for all direct contact and some non face-to-face supports as required.

Standard Functional Capacity Assessment - $1939.90 excluding travel (based upon 10 hours observation, assessments and reporting)

Comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessment - $2,909.85  excluding travel (based upon 15 hours observation, assessments and reporting)

Reports will not be released until payment is received in full. 

Travel

All Travel time will be charged out at the hourly therapeutic rate $193.99/hr.

Travel per direction is charged a maximum of 30 minutes (or part thereof) for MMM1-3 locations or 60 minutes (or part thereof) for MMM4-5 locations.

All efforts will be made to decrease travel costs where appropriate. 

Goods and Services Tax

Please note fees for Social Worker assessment and/or therapy do not attract GST.

Cancellation Policy

All efforts will be made to help minimise the impact of any cancellations. Any appointment/assessment cancelled within two business days will be liable for 100% of the full fee for that session.
