Here at Ambergate Abilities we conduct Functional Capacity Assessments for those with neurodivergent conditions and psychosocial disabilities of all ages. 

We walk alongside you in the journey in order to gain a wider understanding on struggles you may face in your daily functioning but also help you identify the strengths of both yourself and your support network. 

A standard FCA comprises of approximately 10 hours worth of observations, structured and semi-structured interviews, standardised assessment tools, communication and report writing. For those individuals experiencing complex and multifaceted conditions, we may recommend conducting a more comprehensive assessment totalling approximately 15 hours of work. If this is identified we will discuss this recommendation in advance prior to commencing the FCA process. 

The report is then written with the recommendations addressing the NDIS Reasonable and Necessary criteria. 

**A DRAFT version of the report will be provided to the participant for review and approval. No finalised or signed report will be provided until all accounts have been paid for in full**
